Montreal police arrested 10 people allegedly involved in drug trafficking in the east end of Montreal on Tuesday.
Police seized 2,347 rocks of crack cocaine, more than $16,000 in cash, a prohibited weapon, two telescopic batons and a device used to vacuum-seal, the police department said in a statement on Wednesday.
The 10 suspects are to face charges of trafficking and conspiracy to traffic drugs. Two other suspects targeted by an arrest warrant are still sought.
